In the design/build process, communication between LandDesign and our clients is crucial for planning, timing, & execution. Generally, we will return your call or email within two business days of your initial contact. We strive to provide excellent client service.
Our Landscape Designers are experts in linking site enhancements on premier properties to the building architecture itself. Ultimately, our job is to recognize that workplace enjoyment and curb appeal often lie in an exhaustive focus on the exterior landscape development. Our team works to implement custom landscapes focused on:
- Design – First Conceptual, then Final Designs are completed by our Design Team, considering your needs and wants, and budget. LandDesign ensures cohesiveness exists between building architecture and site demands.
- Estimating – Linking a final design to our estimating process, a final budget contract is prepared.
- Build – Our trained and specialized crews, led by your Landscape Designer, as Project Manger, install the plan as designed. The Design/Build process is accelerated by having on firm focus on not only the creative design, but also the installation.
