Bill Witkowski, Design & Sales
Solving the seemingly unsolvable design/build problems has been the hallmark of a career which began in 1970. With more than 35 years’ experience, Bill has applied his philosophy that “a landscape should be an extension of the home, enhance the architecture, and reflect the personality and lifestyle of the homeowners.” Bill is in charge of sales and design.

Bill is a 1974 graduate of Stockbridge School of Agriculture at the University of Massachusetts.  His industry affiliations include:

  • Massachusetts Certified Landscape Professional, 2001-present
  • Associated Landscape Contractors of Massachusetts 
  • Mass. Certified Arborist, 1974-1995
  • Cape Cod Landscape Assoc., 2000-present
  • Mass. Horticultural Society

Carlos Ferras, Production Manager
With 12 years of experience in Cape Cod landscape construction, Carlos directs the design/build crews in the installation of planting and construction projects. He is also responsible for the administrative tasks for the production team. On a daily basis, he communicates with clients regarding scheduling and installation. Carlos oversees all field production to its successful completion

Carlos is member of the Cape Cod Landscape Association (CCLA) and the Associated Landscape Contractors of Mass. (ALMC) and has benefited from their educational forums.

Roger W. Kallstrom, Landscape Architect
Roger is a Mass. Registered Landscape Architect who works exclusively for LandDesign design/build projects. Since 1975, Roger has been engaged in designing large- and small-scale projects for a wide variety of clients including architects, developers and public agencies, as well as high-end homeowners.
Roger advocates for built landscapes that combine the development program and site in a way that minimizes impacts on your property. Roger is responsive to client goals, and provides a memorable landscape solution.

Roger’s Industry affiliations include:

  • Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture, University of Massachusetts, Amherst MA
  • Licensed Landscape Architect in Massachusetts and Rhode Island
  • Member of American Society of Landscape Architects

Margaret Moore, Operations Manager
Working for over 30 years as an office manager/bookkeeper for various industries including building construction, restaurant, distribution, manufacturing and 7 years in the landscape business, Margaret brings a wealth of experience to complement the talents of Bill, Carlos and Roger. Her organizational skills enable Bill, Carlos and Roger to concentrate on their strengths to bring the best possible product to their customers.
